Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the practices of Teamily, Inc. ("Teamily AI," "we," "us," or "our") regarding how we gather, process, share, and safeguard your Personal Data (defined below), including when you access or use our AI-powered social collaboration platform and related online products and services (collectively, our "Services"), as well as when you interact with us through any other channel.
This Policy may be updated periodically. When we make revisions, we will inform you by publishing the updated Policy on our website and refreshing the "Last updated" date shown above. We encourage you to revisit this Policy regularly whenever you use our Services or engage with us, so you remain informed about our data practices and the choices available to you.

Our Services

Teamily AI operates an AI-powered social collaboration platform that empowers individuals and teams to create, deploy, and interact with intelligent AI agents through messaging, task automation, and productivity workflows. The platform is accessible across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Web, enabling a seamless cross-device experience.
Core capabilities of the Service include AI-driven chat and task assistance, persistent memory and context management, customizable agent personas, multi-agent collaboration, and integrations with third-party tools and data sources. Available features vary by subscription tier — Free, Pro, and Team — each offering different levels of AI model access, agent customization depth, storage capacity, and priority processing.

Collection of Information

We collect information in a manner proportionate to the purposes described in this Policy. The categories below describe what we collect, how we collect it, and why it is necessary to deliver and improve our Services.

Automatic Information Collection

When you access or interact with our Services — whether through our websites, desktop applications, or mobile apps — we automatically record certain technical and behavioral data. This includes device identifiers, IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, session duration, feature usage patterns, agent interaction logs, and cross-platform synchronization metadata. This data is used to maintain service reliability, diagnose technical issues, and understand how users engage with AI agents across different platforms.

Browser-Based Tracking Mechanisms Including Cookies

We employ browser-based tracking mechanisms including Cookies to monitor activity on our Services and retain certain session and preference data. These mechanisms help us authenticate users, remember settings, and analyze aggregate usage trends.
A "Cookie" is a small data file placed on your device by a web server. You may configure your browser to decline all Cookies or to alert you when a Cookie is being set. However, disabling Cookies may affect the availability or functionality of certain Service features.
Cookies are classified as either "Persistent" or "Session" type. Persistent Cookies remain stored on your device after you disconnect and are reactivated when you return to the Service. Session Cookies are temporary and are automatically removed when you close your browser.
We deploy both Session and Persistent Cookies for the following functional purposes:

Cookie TypeAdministered ByPurpose
Necessary / Essential CookiesTeamily AIThese Cookies are required for the Service to function. They enable core capabilities such as user authentication, session management, and security features. They cannot be disabled without affecting Service functionality.
Functionality CookiesTeamily AIThese Cookies allow us to remember your preferences and settings — such as language selection, agent configurations, and display preferences — so you do not need to re-enter them each session.
Tracking and Performance CookiesThird-Party ProvidersThese Cookies collect anonymized data about how users interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This information helps us identify areas for improvement and optimize platform performance.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

Most modern browsers provide built-in controls for managing Cookie behavior, including the ability to block new Cookies, receive notifications before a Cookie is stored, and delete previously set Cookies along with associated browsing history. Because Cookie management varies by browser, we recommend consulting your browser's help documentation for specific instructions. Note that clearing Cookies may require you to re-authenticate and reconfigure certain preferences.

Privacy Preference Signals

Teamily AI recognizes user privacy preference signals transmitted by your browser or device. If your browser or a browser extension sends a recognized opt-out signal — such as a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or a Universal Opt-Out Mechanism (UOOM) — we will treat it as a request to limit the sale or sharing of your Personal Data, to the extent required by applicable law.
In certain cases, we may be unable to associate a privacy preference signal with other Personal Data we hold about you — for example, if you are not signed in to your account at the time the signal is received. In such situations, we will apply the opt-out preference to the extent technically feasible for that browsing session.

Teamily AI Tracking Policy

Teamily AI does not modify its data collection or processing practices in response to browser-level "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, as no uniform industry standard for interpreting such signals currently exists. However, we do honor recognized opt-out mechanisms as described in the Privacy Preference Signals section above. For users in jurisdictions with applicable opt-out rights, please refer to the relevant state or regional privacy rights sections of this Policy.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Statement

This clause applies to users of our iOS or iPadOS mobile applications.
To comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, if we need to access or use your device data for cross-app or cross-website tracking purposes, we will first present you with Apple's standardized ATT permission prompt. We will only proceed with such tracking if you grant explicit permission through that prompt.
We request this permission to:

  • Evaluate and continuously improve our Service performance and user experience, conduct internal data analysis, and ensure the quality of our AI agent interactions.
  • Deliver relevant content, features, and — where applicable — personalized recommendations within the Teamily AI platform.
You are free to allow or deny this tracking request. Regardless of your choice, you will retain full access to the core features of the Service. You may change your ATT preference at any time via your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

When you engage with our Services, we collect information that you submit directly. This may include Personal Data such as your name, email address, profile details, and any content you create or share through the platform.
We collect this information when you:

  • Register for an account.
  • Submit content, prompts, or messages through our Services.
  • Contact our support team with a question or issue.
  • Complete a payment for a paid subscription or feature.
  • Communicate with us through our website or in-app channels.
The specific data points we collect include your username, email address, agent interaction history, context and memory data associated with your agents, cross-platform synchronization preferences, and any other details you choose to provide.

Sensitive Data Protection Policy

Teamily AI maintains a strict policy of not collecting sensitive categories of Personal Data. We do not request, store, or process information relating to your political opinions, racial or ethnic background, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric identifiers, health or medical conditions, or sexual orientation. If you voluntarily include such information in content submitted to the Service, we handle it solely to fulfill your request and do not use it for profiling or secondary purposes.

How We Use Your Information (Personal Data)

We apply the Personal Data we collect to the following purposes, prioritized by their importance to your experience:

1. Service Provision and Maintenance

To deliver, operate, and sustain the functionality of our Services — including AI agent execution, cross-platform synchronization, and real-time task processing — and to monitor system health, diagnose technical issues, and ensure service continuity.

2. Agent Personalization and Context Management

To personalize your AI agent interactions based on your usage history, preferences, and stored context. This includes maintaining persistent memory across sessions, adapting agent behavior to your communication style, and enabling multi-agent workflows tailored to your specific needs.

3. Analytics and Service Improvement

For internal research and development purposes, including data analysis, identifying usage patterns, evaluating feature performance, and continuously improving the quality and relevance of our AI models and platform capabilities.

4. Communications

To send you essential service notifications, security alerts, account updates, and — where you have opted in — informational communications about new features, product updates, and platform news.

5. Account Management

To administer your user account, verify your identity, manage subscription entitlements, and provide access to the features and tiers available under your plan.

6. Business Transfers

To facilitate or execute corporate transactions such as a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or transfer of all or a portion of our business, in which case your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred.

7. Payment Processing (Third-Party)

We do not handle payment card information directly. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe and RevenueCat), which operate under their own privacy policies and security standards. We retain only limited billing metadata — such as subscription status, payment method type, and the last four digits of your card — for accounting, support, and fraud prevention purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We are committed to protecting your Personal Data. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties, except as described below.

Circumstances for Sharing

Service Providers: We share data (e.g., online activity, identifiers) with trusted technology vendors (e.g., Google Analytics) and other service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
AI Processing: If you include Personal Data in prompts submitted to our AI features (powered by providers including xAI, Anthropic, Meta, and DeepSeek), we transmit that data to the relevant provider solely to fulfill your request. Only the content necessary to process your request is shared.
Business Transfers: Data may be disclosed in connection with the negotiation or execution of a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
With Your Consent: We may share your Personal Data for additional purposes where you have provided explicit, informed consent.

Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose Personal Data when required by applicable law, court order, or legal process, including in response to lawful requests by public authorities for national security or law enforcement purposes.

We may also disclose data based on a good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect the rights or property of Teamily AI.
  • Prevent or investigate potential fraud, abuse, or wrongdoing.
  • Protect the personal safety of our users or the general public.
  • Defend against legal liability.

Third-Party Services for Operation and Enhancement

We integrate a range of third-party services to maintain, secure, and enhance our platform. Key integrations are described below.
**Data Processors and Technical Vendors
We work with the following vendors (data processors) who may process personal information strictly on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell data to these providers.
Our own backend servers (operated by Teamily AI) store your account, profile, and chat data. We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.

AI and Machine Learning Providers

To fulfill user requests, query inputs may be routed to APIs from providers including Anthropic (Claude), AWS (Bedrock), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and XAI (Grok). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We transmit only the minimum data required to complete the requested task.

Google Workspace API Usage

We may use the Google Workspace API to deliver specific integration features. We confirm that data accessed via the Google Workspace API is used exclusively to provide or improve user-facing features within the Teamily AI platform. Such data is not used for advertising, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the integration, and is not used for any purpose unrelated to the user's request.

Payment Processing

For paid subscriptions and features, we use Stripe as our primary payment processor for web and direct transactions. Stripe collects and processes Personal Data, including payment card details, in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards. Teamily AI does not store complete card numbers.

Subscription Management

RevenueCat is used to manage mobile in-app subscription entitlements for iOS and Android. RevenueCat operates as a data processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and handles subscription state, purchase history, and entitlement verification on our behalf.

Website Monitoring

We may use analytics tools to collect anonymized information about website and app usage patterns. This data helps us improve the quality and relevance of our Services and is not used to identify individual users.

AI Processing Services

Our platform relies on third-party AI technologies to power its core features. When you use these features, the content of your request — and only the content necessary to fulfill it — is transmitted to the relevant AI provider.
Text-based features (such as AI chat, agent task execution, and content generation): Your text inputs are transmitted to language model providers for processing and response generation.
Image features (such as image generation and editing): Your text descriptions and, where applicable, reference images you provide are transmitted to image model providers.
Video features (such as video generation): Your text descriptions and, where applicable, reference media are transmitted to video model providers.
Our primary AI service providers include Anthropic (Claude), AWS (Bedrock), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and XAI (Grok). For all AI processing:

  • Only the content necessary to provide the requested feature is transmitted. We do not proactively send your Personal Data to AI providers beyond what is required for the specific request.
  • These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
  • Some services may be hosted on cloud infrastructure such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.

Links to Other Websites

Our Services may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

Security of Information

Protecting your Personal Data is a priority for us. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Data associated with your account for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you close your account, we will retain your account data for a period of ninety (90) days to allow for account recovery or data export requests. Following this retention window, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Account Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through any of the following channels:

  • Online (Web Portal): Settings → Accounts → Delete Account
  • iOS/Apple App: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Android/Google Play App: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Direct Request (Email): support@teamily.ai

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not designed for or directed at children. We strictly prohibit anyone under the age of 13 from submitting Personal Data through our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the Services with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

Teamily AI may offer opt-in SMS and push notification services to keep you informed about account activity, service updates, and platform announcements. By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from us at the phone number you provide.
Your phone number is used solely to deliver the notifications you have requested. We do not sell, lease, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your notification preferences and account activity.
To opt out of SMS notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at support@teamily.ai. Opting out of SMS notifications will not affect your ability to use the Service.
